About the Event
Vietnam Top Team SPARRING EVENT #4:
Our 4th sparring event will feature 4 formats for registration:
> MMA - Rules of Vietnam Mixed Martial Arts Federation, 2 rounds * 5 minutes, 6oz gloves, full protection, no headgear
> Kickboxing - Low Kick Rules (strikes using shins are allowed), 3 rounds * 3 minutes, 14oz gloves, full protection, with headgear (optional)
> Muay Thai - K1 Rules (single knee strikes are allowed, no continuous knee strikes and only 1 knee strike can be thrown from a partial clinch), elbow strikes are NOT allowed, 3 rounds * 3 minutes, 14oz gloves, full protection along with knee pads, with headgear (optional)
> Sanshou - 3 rounds * 3 minutes, 14oz gloves, full protection, with headgear (optional)
